WITH COINS AND TOKENS
MONEBUS accepts legal course coins.
These are electronically validated by the  unit
and, once it accounts the total amount deposited by the passenger, it prints the ticket
and returns the corresponding change. For passenger¥s better comfort, MONEBUS
is equiped with a hopper which allows various coins to be deposited simultaneously.
Its excellent dynamic coin validating system, enables the bus to travel between stops
while the passengers purchase their tickets.
In those cases where one or more associated transport companies wish to establish a basic
ticket prepayment system, MONEBUS can also operate with high security
metallic tokens.
WITH CARDS
MONEBUS is equiped with a magnetic card
reader which enables transport companies to  adecuatelly and economically manage schoolboys¥tickets, free and elderly
people passes, etc.
Besides, MONEBUS is designed to handle read-write devices for magnetic,
chip or contactless cards, at transport companies¥better choice and satisfaction,
whenever is required.
In this way, it¥s possible to implement an intermodal payment system which enables the
passenger to, using the same card, have access to different means of transportation, such
as, buses, metro and commuter trains.
TICKETS AND REPORTS ISSUING
MONEBUS prints out, full cuts and presents  the tickets to the passenger through an
exclusive tray which eases its grip. MONEBUS¥printing system also issues
reports with all the information related to traffic, ticket sales, revenues, schedule
accomplishment and all other transport service related information.
CHANGE
 This
dispenser gateway allows the passenger to, as primary function, easily remove the coins
which the machine has returned as change.
Besides, MONEBUS directs to it, all invalid coins, rejected objects and
any other element that might have obstructed the automatic coin dosifying system.
HIGH SECURITY CASH BOX
The coins received by MONEBUS are sorted
to the  change
deposits or to its high security Internal cashbox. The access to this cashbox, in order to
extract it, is made through an idependent door, fitted with a high security lock, located
in the front of machine.
The cashbox can be extracted only if the coin entrance hatch has been previously closed.
Once out of the unit, the personnel collecting the revenues cannot access the cashbox¥s
content, being its emptying only possible by means of the use of a programmable security
key which allows the opening of the hatch.
 DRIVERS CONSOLE
The driver¥s console handles function keys (e.g.: beginning of shift, end of shift,
report printout, etc.) and, according to service needs, fare keys as well. MONEBUS
operates in self service mode, and/or with fares selected by the driver, upon the
passenger indicating its destination. The driver¥s console has an alfanumeric display
which indicates, at any moment, MONEBUS¥s operating status (e.g.:
revenues, requested fare, vehicle position along its route, etc.). Also, LEDS for quick
read and auditive signals have been incorporated for a better fault detection.
